A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date, no exceptions.
Returns are for store credit -OR-
(Introducing!!!) SIZE EXCHANGES! (audience cheers LOUDLY!) If the requested item for the exchange sells out before we receive your return, you will be issued store credit.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Gift cards, jewelry, bralettes, cami tanks, cosmetics, socks, hats, food and clearance items (40% + off) are final sales. If a discount is used that makes an item over 40% off, it is considered a final sale. BOGO 80% off or more sale items are final sale. Don’t worry, the portal filters this, but we just wanted to make sure you were aware.
Shoes must be shipped with all original packaging and in their original box. PLEASE do NOT just ship them in their shoebox. Use another box or shipping bag.
Failure to follow return instructions may result in your return being denied or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price, or death by execution if it’s really bad.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Your exchange or store credit will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Ooooof, so sorry about that! Please visit our returns portal https://arrow22.com/apps/redo/returns-portal to submit a claim. Damaged/Defective Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note: Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged.
If Sezzle is used to pay for an order that is returned, payments will continue from Sezzle and you will receive a gift card in the full purchase amount (or an exchange if requested).
