We understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work out. We will accept returns for store credit within 14 days of the date of your order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Jewelry, cosmetics, socks, hats and clearance items are final sales. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please email us at email@example.com to authorize a return.
If an item is damaged on receipt, please let us know within 5 days. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, Arrow 22 can no longer be held responsible. A return label will be sent to send the item back. You must contact us before returning a damaged item.
If an item is returned and does not meet the above criteria, it will be returned to you at your cost. If we are unable to make contact with you, we will assess a 20% restocking fee.
Due to many items selling out quickly, we do not offer traditional exchanges. All items that are sent back are processed as a return and a gift card will be sent to your email. If you don't want to risk the item you want selling out, I encourage you to purchase the size you want and using your store credit on something else in the future. You are welcome to send a return in and wait for the gift card, but we can't guarantee the correct size will still be in stock once your return is processed.
ALL Door Buster deals are FINAL Sale. Any item marked down 40% or more is a final sale. Jewelry, cosmetics, socks and hats are final sale. No returns will be accepted on these items.
