Measurements:
9" rise (mid rise)
27" inseam (size 1)
Rise is measured from from the middle of the crotch seam to the top of the waistband.
Inseam is measured from the middle of the crotch seam to the bottom of the hem.
As size increases, so will the rise and inseam measurement (approx. ¼” per increase in size.)
Waist measurements are taken across the waist laying flat.

I loved the pants. They were absolutely adorable except a tad bit snug. When I inquired about an exchange, I received a prompt email response telling me the size I wanted was in stock so I sent them back. As soon as the pants were received by them I got an email saying my size was out of stock and that exchanges are not guaranteed. I really wish this would have been mentioned in the personal email exchanges that I had with the owner prior to my sending the pants back. She never mentioned that if you send something back and your wanted item sells out in the meantime youre out of luck.
They will not hold items for you. So I would not recommend an exchange with this retailer. if you have a problem, I would recommend a return and a repurchase right away. Now I am stuck with store credit and a less than favorable impression.
