Love but disappointed in sizing chart

I love these wide leg! Wide leg sweatpants are my favorite and I finally found a pair that are thin so I was super excited. I went by sizing chart and the elastic is so dang tight it hurts my stomach like it’s going to squeeze my guts out. Small is more like 0-2! I wish I would have gotten a medium! If you got a tiny mom pouch I would size up!
