Jeans are great. I have ordered a couple times now. I followed size chart and are small.
Between the route protection and this fee this is overkill.
What? Charging for a return label? I had over $200 of items in my cart, and at checkout this label was added, along with $6+ for package protection (or something like that). I understand that I can delete them from my cart, but it feels sneaky, somehow. I can find these clothing items elsewhere, at soooooo many other online boutiques--and I will.

The $1.98 return label 100% covers any return shipping fees as well as any exchange shipping fees. Shipping is SO expensive - for our customers and for us! Redo helps our customers save money! Return shipping at the post office can run anywhere between $6-$30! So the $1.98 is a great deal! Route covers any shipping issues with USPS - lost, stolen, misdelivered.
